This policy is here as a formality, as we at The Stridulfur Company are confident you will be more than satisfied with your purchases. with non need for a return policy.

However,

we have this policy

just in case.

Put Simply:

Tell us what’s wrong and why you’re returning it, we’ll give you your money back aside from shipping costs, the product will go to charity and be given to someone in need, we’ll take your report on why you’re returning the product and improve any faults on our part. 

We hope you’ll consider us again and allow us to make it up to you in the future.

1 -  Where Returns Go

 

As The Stridulfur Company does not currently have a physical location and does not maintain a physical inventory during this phase of business, we are unable to take returned goods and resell them to other customers. However, we still accept returns on all our products unless listed otherwise. All returns will be sent to our supplier’s facility in the USA, where all our products are printed. All returned clothing products will be donated to charities and will be given to those in need. The clothes you return will be given to someone else who may need it at no extra charge to you. 

2 - Money Back Guaranteed

 

We at The Stridulfur Company are confident that the product you receive will be more than satisfactory. We have done hours of research into choosing our supplier, our supplier runs all products through 3 quality tests before sending them. We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. That is why we guarantee your money back if it doesn’t meet that Stridulfur Standard. Aside from shipping costs, we guarantee full refunds and all your money back if it does not meet the Stridulfur Standard. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Return the product, your money will be given back, the product will be given to someone in need by charity, and we hope you consider purchasing something from us again. Simple as.

3 - Lost In Transit/Wrong Address

 

If your product does not find its way to you, we promise that as vikings, we did not raid the ship carrying your product and take it as plunder. Please submit a report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and our supplier will refund your order. If you provide the wrong/insufficient address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the product will be returned to our supplier's facility. You, the customer, will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address. TO PREVENT THIS FROM OCCURRING, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS TO ENSURE IT IS CORRECT!! We do not want you to pay more than you should. (Which is also why despite needing to make profit as a young company our prices are still so low). 

4 - Damage/Misprinted/Defective

 

Continuing off of the second paragraph of our refund policy (Money Back Guaranteed) we will refund you in full (aside from shipping) if your product is not up to the Stridulfur Standard. We ask that you file a report with us about why you are returning it so we can improve and ensure that no one else encounters similar issues. These reports are submitted to our supplier, who will do the same in ensuring that nothing like this happens again. We at The Stridulfur Company keep track of these reports, and if we receive too many reports of returns due to faults with our supplier (such as misprints, defective products, etc.) we will switch suppliers.
