Stridulfur is not just one stand-alone entity. The Stridulfur Company is apart of Stridulfur. Stridulfur is projected to be an organization with multiple divisions, branches, etc. Stridulfur is built like a tree, with branches and roots, etc. As stated on our homepage-

We as a company have our roots in the Old Norse and the Old Ways of Pre-Christian/Viking Age Scandinavia. Our Mission is the Build and establish a brand and community, built on our code, law and virtues, all of which themselves are directly forged from what we know about the actual laws, codes, virtues, etc. of the Old Norse People, which we strive to protect and preserve. We aim to expand, to establish the Stridulfur Brand in all Norse-Assosciated spheres, and expand the popularity of the Old Norse on a global scale. To create a community, a family, and a brotherhood(Sisterhood) of people who hold our virtues in their heart, who support the values of Stridulfur, who believe in/agree with the Code and Law, and what Stridulfur Stands For.

We promise, to the public, and primarily our members, that The Stridulfur Company and its leadership will always operate with transparency, and honesty. To not hide nor fail to disclose Company Information, to uphold the virtues and values of Stridulfur, to earn the trust of our people, and cultivate trustworthiness in the Company, and its leadership. On Our Honor as Warwolves, on Honor of The Stridulfur Company, to uphold said honor, we will be Transparent, 100%, and nothing less.
All members and employees of Stridulfur in leadership or management/similar related positions are required to make the Transparency Promise. However, it should be stated. Upper leadership may classify/redact certain things, with approval from a council or highest level authority. Though only for a set period of time.
Importantly, it should be noted that Transparency is for our members. Our members receive the level of transparency involving material such as finances, statistics, plans for the future, documents, memos, etc. Whereas the public does not have access to these materials. Members can request any information whereas the public can not.
100% OF PROFITS GO RIGHT BACK INTO THE COMPANY
The Stridulfur Company will never serve to enrichen one man or one group of men. All profits go straight back into Stridulfur and The Stridulfur Company. These profits and funds will go to pursuing the visions, goals and missions of Stridulfur. As well as improving the Stridulfur Company, and improving the Stridulfur Company products. All profits go straight back into the Company and Stridulfur, and no where else, into no ones pockets.
Profits will be invested into marketing, product improvement, research, company improvement, expansion, development, etc. Money will be put into savings for the Future of Stridulfur, future projects, programs, etc.
When you purchase something from the Stridulfur Company, the profit margin is in all honesty, slim. Most the money you pay goes to manufacturing related costs (as well as shipping). The relatively slim profit markup is then further cut, as with, in the case of merchandising, designers or contributors are payed with this percentage of the sale. Contributors are payed by the sale. All money goes right back into the company. During our current early stage of business, there is only one payed official employee of Stridulfur, the Chieftian, who does not take a cut of company profits, instead, he is payed the designors percentage by the sale. The company's profits enrichen no one person or group, all profits go right back to the company.
